The third vintage of our Bon Pari Estate Chardonnay shows the development of the vineyard to full maturity.  Both the Old Wente and Mt. Eden clones are producing the kind of “grand cru” fruit that we expected.  The wine has great balance and depth without being heavy or over oaked.
